DDC Dolphin is a well-established and respected firm based in Poole, Dorset that specialises in dirty utility room/sluice room equipment and services, supplying both the private and public healthcare sectors nationally across the UK. We design, manufacture, and install innovative cutting-edge equipment, and employ our technological expertise in providing market-leading design and maintenance services.

DDC Dolphin specialises in, and manufactures, pulp macerators, bedpan washer disinfectors, and incontinence macerators, and we are the only company in the UK to manufacture all three types of appliances. Our engineers are experts in the installation, testing, and maintenance of all dirty utility room/sluice room equipment, regardless of the manufacturer of the equipment.

All of the equipment we design, manufacture, and supply is WRAS certified, and uses the very best materials and design principles, such as stainless steel (to AISI 316 standard), anti-microbial surfaces, and hands-free operation. DDC Dolphin engineers are trained and certified by Eastwood Park (NHS Training Centre) to NHS Periodic Testing Guidelines. DDC Dolphin is ISO 9001-2000 approved.
